Submitted by Pam on Tue, 12/11/2012 - 01:47Very simple "punched tin" paper angel ornament to make with the kids!

Submitted by Pam on Thu, 10/11/2012 - 00:53A sneak peak at my Christmas Elf forest! As many of you know, my collection of Scandinavian Christmas elves has been growing each year. Winter Solstice Quilt Block - August Update
Submitted by Pam on Mon, 08/27/2012 - 18:28I have made lots of progress on my Winter Solstice quilt block project this month! My goal for August was to cut all the pattern pieces and stitch them together so the block is ready for embroidery - lots of embroidery! And I am almost there!
Like I said before - making blog posts of projects that have been languishing on my to do lists year after year - best idea I ever had! Quite an effective motivator!

When I first saw a completed quilt based on the designs offered in this book, I wanted very much to make one just like it. I was completely enchanted by the playful little houses and tipsy trees.
